Singleton Health Center is Hiring a Nurse Practitioner Near Orangeburg, SC

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience and provide high-quality patient care compassionately and professionally.

Duties:

- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations

- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries

- Manage chronic health conditions

- Prescribe medications and treatments

- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

- Perform procedures such as suturing and wound care

- Assist with discharge planning

- Provide care for individuals with developmental disabilities

- Conduct family planning services

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience in primary care clinical setting

- Proficiency in medical coding

- Ability to work with eClinical Works software

- Building a patient base

- Adaptable to the needs of the patients on a given day

- Collaborative attitude and supportive team member
